iHouse : Prefabricated Housing Meets Eco-Friendly Efficiency

Prefabricated housing and small space living come together in the iHouse from US based Clayton Homes. This energy efficient 1000 sq foot home comes fully furnished and ready to go with customizable features for $140k and it's now on sale across the United States. Clayton Homes estimates a very low energy consumption cost of about $1 per day thanks to solar panels, energy efficient appliances, thick walls with substantial insulation, a rain water catching system, tankless water heater, and dual flush toilets. I can already see small eco-friendly communities popping up in the future.
